It’s that time again – to renew your seasonal beach chairs.
As you know, Premium Beach Condos asks all owners to include at least one set of beach chair service to your guests. This is a Premium Service that costs owners a fraction of the cost to guests and while saving them money, allows you to book at a higher rate.
Calypso owners – we will automatically renew on your behalf with the same quantity as 2023. If you are a new owner, we recommend one set of chairs for 1-2 bedrooms, and 2 sets for 3 bedrooms. We will only purchase one set for your condo unless you tell us otherwise for any condos that are new to our program. If you wish to increase your number of chairs, please let us know. The cost for chairs has increased to $1,635 per set. There are 245 days of service, so that comes to $6.67/day, vs. the $50-$60 per day they are charging guests.
Tidewater and Grand Panama owners – you will need to contact your HOA for beach services renewal – then send us the confirmation for your purchase (if you haven’t already).
Gulf Place Residences and Origin – this service is not available for seasonal purchase.
We will be making the purchase of Calypso beach chairs after the first of the year so the billing for your chairs will not appear until your January statement.
